- Over 23 years experience in the mortgage industry. I'm also an instructor for CE credits for mortgage brokers. Just received certification to offer CE courses to Realtors. I am one of only 16 individuals in Indiana with a CRMS (Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist) designation and one of only 9 individuals in Indiana with a CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist).

- Working on a new project called TextMyRate.com. It is a free mobile advisory service showing daily mortgage interest rates for Realtors, Consumers, Builders, Referral partners, etc. We will be offering wholesale mortgage interest rates versus retail rates most companies offer. Individuals will receive daily interest rates via text or email. They will be able to set target rates, receive a Good Faith Estimate and lock in interest rates if desired.
