Aleisha,

As your are in the Web/IT business I could use some advice.

Please visit the Sm Indiana-(CoWorking group) and give us any feedback that you may have on some of the questions that we have posted. Thanks!

Hi Aleisha, I work at a marketing firm in Indianapolis and we're looking to find some freelance illustrators. I noticed on your page that you list drawing as one of the things you like to do. Have you done any illustrations in the past that we could take a look at? We're working on some youth educational tools.

Thanks!

Just wanted to remind you about Web Content 2008 Chicago. It's a conference I produce with a consulting firm in Chicago that is right up your alley.

Check out the site and let me know if you have any questions.

The shares in the company are set up as 1 + 2 + 2 + 2 = 7, which means you can earn 1 on Friday, 2 on Saturday and Sunday (each) and 2 more if you earned all the other shares. The system definitely rewards participation throughout. That said, people leaving and returning does happen, and not everyone will stick around until 11p.

The most important benefit of this event will be the networking and strengthened ties to community.

It is. I'm excited about finding a chance this week to promote it to the Informatics crowd.

Something else that is cool that you should be a part of (and bring friends to join) is the Bloomington Startup Weekend being organized for Feb. 8-10. Check out any of the following links for more info:
