Share 'What are we Stimulating?'

My husband and I read over the stimulus bill last night... over 700 pages with about a billion of spending on every page. It did not seem to have much to do with helping the economy until the very end. Has anyone else read it? What do you think? I noticed that "Science" gets over a Billion $$$, Welfare and food programs get Billions and Billions of $$$ but small business grants and loans only ad…
