Need comfort food late at night or early in the morning? Peppy's is in Fountain Square just southwest of downtown on Virginia Avenue. No pretense at this place; law enforcement officials often dine here. I love the corn beef hash. As with most of the dives I like, the food here is not on the diet. The diner is small and parking is out back, but if you need home-style breakfast, Peppy's has it.
