I love breakfast food. Morning, noon and night. Flap Jacks started in Brownsburg, then opened locations at Madison and Thompson on the south side of Indy, along with Avon and Lebanon. Flap Jacks offers about a dozen varieties of pancakes, several crepes, Belgian waffles, three-egg omelets, and skillet dishes.
