Want to learn more about ColdFusion and Adobe Flex? Whether you are a curious beginner or an advanced developer, BFusion and BFlex have something for you. Featuring hands-on training from the experts in ColdFusion, Adobe Flex, AIR, Catalyst and other technologies, these events will be held on September 11 and 12 on the Indiana University campus in Bloomington, Indiana. 

BFusion, on Saturday, September 11, is a full day of hands-on ColdFusion training. The day-long sessions feature a track for pure beginners, a beginners’ track for developers new to ColdFusion, and two intermediate tracks: “Hands-on OOP with Mach II” and “CFFree: Building and Deploying CFML Applications on a Free Software Stack”. There will also be a number of 90-minute hands-on sessions for intermediate and advanced developers.  

BFlex, on Sunday, September 12, is a full day of hands-on Flash Platform development with Flex, AIR, Catalyst and Flash Builder. The day-long sessions feature a track for pure beginners, a beginners’ track for developers new to Flex and a track on Flash Catalyst.  A number of engaging hands-on sessions are also available for intermediate and advanced developers.

Perhaps the most impressive thing about these events is their low cost: only $30 for one day or $45 for both days of training.  The price includes lunch.  You just need to show up with a laptop, a water bottle, and good night’s sleep. (OK, that last one has proven to be optional by those who arrive the night before to enjoy the Bloomington nightlife.  We just ask that you be awake and ready to learn.)
