Hey eric... things have been busy this month so we'll plan on meeting in early January. The past few months we've been meeting sometime during the first full week of the month, so plan on a meeting either Thursday or Friday of January 7th or 8th. However, if anyone want's to put together a quick december meeting, please feel free to. There's no rules against that!

To everyone... I'm not sure if you've noticed this by now, but above the most recent comment on this wall, is a "Stop Following" button which will keep your email inbox free of pesky notification emails from this thread. Click it if you find yourself getting annoyed by the emails that come from this group!

When is the next social media lunch?
Pat Coyle Comment by Pat Coyle on November 6, 2009 at 5:09pm
Thanks to everyone who showed at lunch today. Glad to see your group is thriving. I hope we can find ways for more groups like this to form and grow...this social media space is quite wacky, but it seems we've stumbled on something with SI that can be a part of the mix ongoing...as long as we all keep feeding it. Please send suggestions if you see ways to make this community stronger.

It was great having lunch today with the group. Pat Coyle asked the group, "How can I make SI better?" I love that SI is a community and he wants it to be the best it can be.

I hope more people can attend the December lunch - it is a great way to meet members and share ideas.

Thanks to everyone who attended lunch today. It was a great meeting, and Pat had some excellent things to share about the direction of Smaller Indiana and the things he's learned from building this community.

It's interesting and encouraging to know how Pat wants to keep Smaller Indiana a community driven endeavor. His willingness to have a hands off approach I've learned is a big reason why SI has grown to become what it is. If you have ideas for how Pat can improve SI, please comment on one of the two discussions that I've started on this group.

Lastly, I just want to say to all of those who are annoyed with the email updates they've been getting from this group, I'm sorry.

Our next Group meeting will be the first week of December. Cheers!

Will do Robby! I think that's a great question. I'll add it to the list.
