Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

I know most of you already did a job description on the main page, but please go ahead and put down another one. This way we have one centralized area that we can all refer to. Thanks.

I am a career coach. Career coaching is an interactive process of exploring work-related issues – leading to effective action – in which the coach acts as both a catalyst and facilitator of individual and, in turn, organizational development and transformation. I connect people with their passion, purpose, values and other critical aspects of their ideal work. I my clients learn to manage their own careers – whether they work for themselves or for an organization. This empowers the client as they face the typical 5-10 career changes in their life, so that they can continue to grow personally and professionally through their work. I also facilitate the client’s process of developing and implementing a job search or business start-up plan to activate the client’s Authentic Vocation. Please take a look at the attached file "What Is Authentic Vocation?" and contact me with any questions. Mat Fritz

We work with individuals, couples, teens and small business owners to learn how to take control of there money and build wealth. We educate them so the are making the wise decisions and they have control over what there money is doing not someone else or there money.

We also offer career counseling for those in transition and trying to figure out what they want to be when they grow up.

A few things to consider before joining Smaller Indiana:
1. We want to know the real you...Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. We want to know the real you...Please do NOT use your Smaller Indiana blog for blatant self promotion

3. We want to see your smiling face...Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

4. Events should be posted in the events calendar, not inside blog posts

5. Please do NOT post commercial video (demo reels), or Corporate Website promotions in your blog

6. You can post pretty much anything you want on your own personal page (self promotion, etc), and you can change the style of your personal profile page to reflect your corporate identification if you so choose.

7. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.
