Operation OpenUP Community Outreach Services and Cell Phone Ministry

We have received a shipment of phones ready for distribution to referrals to our program. Please call 317-605-8584, 317-376-8654, 1-219-221-9979 or send email to operationopenup@gmail.com to refer a person.

To qualify a person must be jobless, homeless, homeless, an ex-offender re-entering, a victim of domestic abuse, or have a specific condition recognized as needing an open line of communication AND must be referred to our program by a case manager or service provider. The referral can be in writing, by email or by phone. All referrals are verified. Prospects that cannot be verified will not be served.

As a service provider, upon your first referral, information will be taken to log you into our network of Referral Resource Partners.

Important Information: An administrative fee of $10.00 ($15.00 for SIM card phones upon availability) is required at the time services are received and can be paid in cash by the recipient, a host, sponsor or Community Resource Partner on behalf of the recipient.

Amanda Borschoff wanted to pass along information about a great luncheon that's happening next Tuesday, Sept. 15.

Angie Hicks, founder and CMO of Angie's List, will be sharing her story of how she launched Angie's List and has grown it to its current glory of 750,000 members nationwide. She will also discuss how she uniquely connects with her customer segments, including members, service and health care providers.
