Looks like there's a lot of experience here. Good resource. But I'm sorry to see so many IT pros looking for work. You'd think there would be more demand, not less in this economy. Someone has to make those old machines last a few more years.

I've got a small computer consulting company and am looking for some more small and medium sized businesses that I can help. I worked my way from a programmer to a team leader to a project manager and business analyst and then did a stint as the Customer Service Manager. Along the way, I've learned enough business skills and because I love people, I'm out on my own. I'm helping people to interface their internal software to other systems, setting up websites, optimizing and virus proofing computers and advising them on the best use of their computer dollars. If I can't help them with what they need, I can at least find someone that can help them. And I'm not afraid to say "no" to a job that's either out of my league or just not my forte. Give me a call if you need my services. Phone number on website - www.apexsolutionshelp.com

I'm starting an IP communications and networking company named Keystone Communications. We are looking for professionals comfortable with Asterisk and related languages. We also need TDM and IP installation technicians. Contact me at chris(at)meinternational.net if you know anyone looking for gigs in this area.

I am currently efforting a search for a new job. I am from the old school that says it is easier to find a new job or career opportunity while you are currently holding down a job. Please drop me an email at mhutsell3(at)verizon.net if you know of any openings or opportunities. I am really looking for a job as an IT Manager or Data Center Operations Manager, but at this point with the automarket being what it is I will take what I can get.

Hope this group is open to former IT professionals too. Buying an Apple II in 1979 led me to an MBA, a marketing career w/IBM, multimedia consulting, and a lot of tech involvement in the not-for-profit sector over the last ten years.

IT is changing life in Indiana for all of us!
