I'm looking for a way to sync my contacts, calendar and tasks from outlook to my phone and then online. Most importantly, I would like to have a program that would allow me to send mass emails out to my contact list and track follow-up... possibly a good CRM program. I purchased the free trial of plan plus online, but don't like the iphone app. Any suggestions?

Kari, The easy part is from Outlook to your iPhone and this is pretty straight forward. As far as CRM, many have apps for the iPhone however, I am sure you realize there are limitations as to what can be done with an iPhone versus using a Computer. I have had success in the past using Salesforce.com and although expensive you do get what you pay for, and this is one of the most robust products for CRM. There is a way to sync Salesforce.com with Outlook so you can get the best of all worlds and overall accomplish what you are looking for. You will just need to decide how much functionality you need on CRM. Good luck! Harvey
