I'm in Valparaiso, so probably won't make it to Indy events, but wouldn't mind following the threads online. I took a class at the Kabbalah Centre in Chicago when I lived there and it was fantastic. Wish I could find a local group in NWI...

The New Year is on!

All those wishes and changes and vessel-building — now it's time to start putting our money where our mouths are, so to speak.

Oh boy. We've all made a lot of promises to ourselves. How are we going to keep them all?

Baby steps, my friends. Baby steps. That's the name of the game. Slow and gradual.

Today, don't overwhelm yourself with thoughts of how you're gonna get up that mountain. Just start walking. One baby step at a time
