Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

I am very new to Twitter and trying to figure it out! With this I am trying to find people to follow.

I just joined the Hoosier Twitosphere here on Smaller Indiana and have looked at who my followers are following (does this make sense?). I have looked at their pictures but this take a lot of time! I am still looking to add more.

On Twitter, you can no longer search for people by their name. Because this is very frustrating and time consuming, I am wondering if there is a Smaller Indiana List? Like something that has three columns - one with their name, one with their Smaller Indiana Name and the last one with their Twitter Name.

Is there anything like this? If not, should we develop one?

Thank you for all of your help!

By the way, my Twitter Name is: KristieKreation

... or use the #si hashtag on a tweet and we'll be able to find each other easily that way.

Hi Kristie: Why don't you send out a note to all Twitter peeps that we can all follow each other by listing their twitter name and lets follow each other on both Twitter and Facebook.

One thing you may want to suggest is that they don't just put @whatever their name is. People will not want to have to copy and past all of that. Have them put their Twitter/Facebook name as - http://www.twitter.com/theirname - then they need to link that name in so that all peeps need to do is click onto their link and they are taken to Twitter or Facebook. Otherwise, if left up to them to copy/paste most people won't do and peeps lose out.

Thanks, Cheryl
