What is a "harrier"?

Quite simply, it's a cross country runner, but runners of every kind are welcome here.

It appears that this group has been stagnent for some time. What is everyone training for now a days? I took a 6 month leave from running and am just now looking to get back into shape.

Anyone needing a long run. Indy Runners is doing our final long run tomorrow night at Hinkle. The run is 11 miles. We leave from Hinkle, go along the tow path to White River Parkway to the Velodrome. Do a loop in the Velodrome and return home. Their will be two waterstops. We divide up into groups from 7 min to 15. Run starts at 6.
