Making people and ideas findable

oh...my...god. I got the Santorini's combination platter and it was (insert adjective of praise here.) Doug ordered a fire hazard, a.k.a. flaming goat cheese. I can't believe how fast they had everyone served, considering there was close to 15 of us there today. Nicki and George, sorry you couldn't join us. It was damn tasty.

Santorini's is FABULOUS! Their hummus plate is amazing...save room for it!

I really wish we could have made it. I'm still on the couch trying to get rid of this migraine. :( George also wanted to be there but work calls, I guess... :) I'd love to meet if anyone else is up for another November lunch!

p.s. George was salivating just thinking about the flaming cheese. Santorini's is a special place for us too because it was our first date restaurant. Wow, almost 2 years ago!

Hope you feel better soon!

We're sorry you couldn't make it, too! And that George couldn't make it, either. Was looking forward to meeting him from all that was previously written.

Thank you John and Andy. We really wanted to be there. Thankfully, my migraine parted ways with me at about 8 tonight. We will definitely be at the next one.

It was great to meet you all! Santorini is an old favorite of mine and it's always nice when the owner gives you a hug when you arrive. Already looking forward to next month.

So, where are we going next month? Doug, you had some suggestions. If it's ok with everyone else, could we make it a week earlier so I can come, since we'll have already left for Florida by the 19th? If that doesn't work, you'll just have to go on without me ... sigh.

I had a great time meeting all of you newbies! The food was really good as well, but getting to talk with everyone was my favorite part of the lunch....and I really love food!
As for next month, anywhere will work for me. I do think that we should hit John's Famous Stew while it's cold outside.
