Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

I love breakfast food. Morning, noon and night. Flap Jacks started in Brownsburg, then opened locations at Madison and Thompson on the south side of Indy, along with Avon and Lebanon.

Flap Jacks offers about a dozen varieties of pancakes, several crepes, Belgian waffles, three-egg omelets, and skillet dishes. There are lots of choices for lean and hearty eaters, along with an entire lunch menu. The food is all-around good and the service is excellent too. Hours are 6am to 3pm at the south side location. It's often crowded, loud, and a great place to take the family.

No wonder I haven't seen it, it's farther out than I usually go, but I'll have to go find it now.
