Nicki,
Do you know J.R. Peare of Indy Vinos? I bet he knows all of the restaurant owners in town.

Who do I want:
Most likely a business owner who spends not enough time managing a sales team of 2-5 people because he or she does not have a full time sales manager to coach, kick, manage, direct, guide, train, and get the most out of the team because....he or she has about 14 other things on the desk requiring attention right now.

I don't know J.R. Is he on SI?

I want to make contacts with companies that need logo apparel or promotional items. I also work with school's providing spirit wear and team apparel. We offer embroidery and screen printing on apparel. Plus, 1000's of clever promotional products.

Great idea - you've got to tell people what you do! If you don't, how else will they know?

I'm a financial advisor who does comprehensive financial planning. I help my clients maximize their entire financial situation.
I'd like to meet people who want to work with a financial professional to do comprehensive financial planning. (In case you're wondering what is involved in the financial planning process, check out my page for more details).
Areas of focus/specialty include:
1. Women: Studies estimate that up to 90% of women will be solely responsible for their household finances at some point. It's very important for women to be aware and involved in the financial planning process. Whether they're going it alone or working with a spouse/partner, I help women become more educated about their financial goals and responsibilities. By assisting women in the financial planning process, I help instill a sense of empowerment and give them the ability to make informed decisions.
2. Families of Children with Special Needs: These families face unique challenges. Because they're so busy dealing with today's issues, they sometimes lack time and energy to deal with tomorrow. Working with a professional can help these families to navigate through a complicated maze of important financial decisions. Comprehensive financial planning can help them address both current and future issues.

What great idea!

What I Do:
I help people turn what they're most passionate about into a passive(ish) income they can work from home or from almost anywhere in the world, in comfort and style.

I've just released my book, called, The Business in Blue Jeans Guide to Discovering the Business of Your Dreams and am working on the second in the series. I just released "The Bookkeeping and Accounting Tool of Your Dreams" and launched the "No Suits Allowed Mastermind Group."

The way I've structured things, people can either go with the "Skinny Fit" option and buy the books as they come out in a "do it yourself" mode, go with the "Flair Fit" option and use the tools and guides as a starting point, supplementing with the Mastermind Group or my Just In Time coaching/consulting services, or work directly with me in my "Relaxed Fit 90 Day Program" to get their business up and running, with a complete brand and corporate identity package, a web site and an e-zine in place and ready to go. This last option includes training and a roadmap for the future, so when the 90 days are up, my clients know exactly what to do.

I need to meet people who are:
- Interested in starting their own business and want something that brings them joy, passion and the freedom they crave.
- Ready to transition a brick-and-mortar consultancy or coaching company into an online business that will generate serious passive(ish) income.
- Looking for a speaker for their group- my speech is entitled, "7 Secrets to Turn Your Passion into Passive Income: Small Business Startup Made Easy and Affordable"

If you want to know more about my company or me, to see if I'm a good fit for someone you know, visit my web site at http://www.BusinessInBlueJeans.com .

Thanks so much for the opportunity to share what I'm looking for. I was actually just asking the Universe for something exactly like this. :)

Hello there from Dillsboro, Ind. I am looking for galleries/shops in and around Indy that would be interested in looking at my fine art photography to exhibit/sell in their establishments. I have lived
in both Florida and Indiana, so I have everything from sand and sea oats to barns and tractors!
Matted prints, notecards and framed images available.
Thank you!

As I have just retired from a 33 year teaching career and am starting full-time as an artist, bagpiper and caricaturist I need to meet people in event planning, advertising and marketing businesses. So far I've been pretty busy on weekends doing caricatures at special events and bagpiping for weddings and memorials. At the end of September I'll start an adjunct position at Marian University teaching art history on Wednesday evenings. Consequently, I'm looking to meet individuals who organize events that cater to meetings and conventions during the business days of the week.
The website I am building can be found at http://essexart.webs.com. It can perhaps tell a more full story of what I do and can better help the people I need to meet see more fully where I can fit in to enhance what they do. The photo I've posted with this shows me in the process of doing caricatures at a recent college event.
