Hi Sarah, sure I'd love to help out...

Hi Jerome- thanks for you question. We have been working on a mixed use housing/retail project for the NW corner of 49th and College for the last 3 years. We are still moving forward on that and working toward the visioning/planning sessions for the rest of College Avenue from Mass Ave to Broad Ripple. Hope when we're ready for input and ideas you'll be there to give yours!

OK, here’s a question; you have a great new idea, everyone loves it but no one is buying it. What’s the problem? Is it your message, is it your website? What are some of your tips on effectively selling your brand that ends in a sale? Share your thoughts… - Jerome http://nohome.org Humanitarian Web Hosting

I am interested in learning more about opportunities around Indy to turn around abandoned commercial structures and put them back to good use (either commercial use or community gathering space). I'm just in the research phase of this. I hope to learn from this group, and offer insight as well. I'm also new to SI...thanks, Sarah, for starting!

Glad to have your support and enthusiasm for this area! I really hope Just Wingin' It is a huge success!

Recently tried out the new "Just Wingin' It" at the corner of 49th and College, and it was great! Happy to have a new restaurant that we can walk to! Looking forward to the potential development on the other corners of this intersection.
