For all those Young Alumni out there....don't miss BARKTOBERFEST, the only Homecoming event exclusively for young alumni. Join us for the 2nd Annual Barktoberfest. Enjoy lunch, brews, and games under the tent at the HRC as we gear up for some Butler football!

Presented by the Young Alumni Board of Directors and Ovid Butler Society (OBS) and supported by 92.3 WTTS.

Space is limited and cost to attend is $15 per person. This event will sell out!

More info here: http://www.facebook.com/event.php?eid=105024441138&ref=ts

Plus, I'll be there! :) - Julie

Although our Dawgs aren't still in the tournament, it was nice to see the Butler logo on the floor during last night's games. Would have been nicer to watch a closer game...who wants to watch a 39 point blowout in the Sweet 16?

Just wanted to say Go Dawgs! I'm glad to see a site dedicated to the alums from BU. As a '95 grad in PE, and having played Bulldog football, I can say that I enjoy reunions at homecoming games and to watch the Blue and White play B-ball on TV. Butler was and will always be a great experience for me.

Hello all! Graduated from Butler in ’08 with a B.S. in arts administration and minors in public relations and music. I currently work at a boutique intellectual property law firm where I work with musicians, artists, authors, etc. doing artist management, publicity, a bit of website maintenance and design, and I also work some with legal issues such as right of publicity, contracts, copyrights and trademarks. LOVE my alma mater – GO DAWGS!

WFYI Digital Television has Men’s Butler Basketball action in January with live coverage of two Horizon League showdowns. The Bulldogs travel to Valparaiso University on Saturday, January 3 and to Chicago, Illinois on Thursday, January 15 to face Loyola.

"We are excited that our fans will be able to watch these two conference road games on WFYI Digital Television," said Joe Gentry, Butler University’s Director of Marketing & Corporate Sponsorship.

Both games will begin at 8 pm on WFYI-Plus DT 20.3 (Bright House Ch.119/Comcast Ch. 242). Viewers who receive their television signals over-the-air will be able to watch the games on a television with a built-in DTV tuner or a TV equipped with a digital converter box. Steven Dickerson, Butler University Alumni, self-taught web developer/entrepreneur. Most recent project: Indy Mobile Marketing. IndyMM is a combination of IndyScene, Coupons4Indy, business listings, and mobile marketing all in one.

I spend most of my day in my cave, coding and adding content to the site. When not at home I spend Tuesdays @ BWs, Wednesdays @ Scotty’s, Friday or Saturday playing Euker with the guys until 1 or 3AM, three days a week on the tennis courts, and Sundays watching the Colts.

I look forward to meeting everyone at a networking event or out on the town!
