Start off this super-duper Hendricks County "Summer Staycation" weekend with a concert in Ellis Park in Danville on Friday the 31st. (I was at Ellis Park last night for the Pre-dress rehearsal. This is going to be a Very Special Concert. Please come. You will LOVE IT!)

Join The Hendricks Symphonic Society on Friday, July 31st for an All American Pops Concert with conductor Benjamin Del Vecchio leading the 80 member Hendricks Symphony Orchestra. This night of classic American pops music with guest soloists will feature music by Aaron Copland, George Gershwin, Rodgers & Hammerstein, John Williams, Leonard Bernstein and John Phillip Sousa.

Gates will open at 6:00 P. M. and the concert begins at 8:00 P. M. Tickets are on sale now at:
