Please join us Thursday, December 4 at 6pm at 1702 N. Broadway St. to meet the artist,Tom Torluemke, and join the World’s Largest Holiday Caroling Event led by Chicago singer Robert Pastore, sip hot chocolate and to Light the Way.

In 1968, Robert F. Kennedy delivered a speech in Indianapolis about racial reconciliation following the assassination of Martin Luther King, Jr. Forty years later, Light the Way, an affirming art and choral event created by artist Tom Torluemke will take place on the very same grounds.

One of two projects commissioned as part of the Great Ideas Competition, an initiative of Public Art Indianapolis, Light the Way is a living example of the role the arts play in strengthening the social bonds between people and their community. And you can be a part of it.
