Making people and ideas findable

Has anybody seen what FEMA is building in Beech Grove? They've taken over an old Amtrak station that I believe was closed in 1993. It appears as though they are preparing for something big to happen in the near future. Military trains and vehicles can be seen on premises.

Here's a video on youtube

The renovations include: new gas pipes and furnaces for heating, layers of barbed wire fences angled to keep people IN not to keep people OUT, wind socks for helicopters, electric turn styles, video cameras & surveillance equipment.

Kinda seems like overkill for a train repair facility doesn't it?

The recent stimulus packages are giving $1.3 billion to upgrade Amtrack. Of that $1.3, $82million was secured by Senator Luger for Indiana. That's a lot of cash for an old train facility, especially when hardly anyone rides trains anymore. Hell, the last time my friend took an Amtrack train from Indy to Chicago, they put her on an Amtrack bus!

Some people say this is part of the executive order REX84 which was discussed by Oliver North in the Iran-Contra Hearings. REX84 is a plan by the United States federal government to test their ability to detain large numbers of American citizens in case of civil unrest or national emergency.

Wow, very interesting. Maybe Beech Grove officials are preparing for a revolt in case they can't get their Muni Wi-Fi working. I kid, I kid . . . but I'll ask some friends what they think. Here is a thread with some discussion on the topic: http://www.abovetopsecret.com/forum/thread395705/pg1

It's not necessarily that they're preparing for something new right now. Rather, if I had to guess, they're getting ready in case they have to respond to something.

Maybe they're building a new place to house terror suspects.

This has been on the rumor mill for over 2 years and has been in a couple of conspiracy movies. However, some recent testimonials online have proven that it's empty, has been, and will be. Go out there and visit it... don't believe the hype and write about it more.

Actually, take a closer look at the video. It's propaganda. It's not accurate. There are several points where the footage has been shot at different times, at different locations.

For example, near the end of the video, the commentator shows us a "radio" tower, then tries to lead us to believe that tower doubles as a watch tower. Not so. The two "towers" shown are different, and the sky is different too. In one, the sky is clear, the next it is overcast. There's more, but that's a start.
