Making people and ideas findable

Sorry for the delay in the number three reason. But do not worry, it is here!!!

The 3rd reason to Telework is because it facilitates recruiting:

Flexible working is more appealing, especially to the educated younger generation, than having a 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM day (including commute time).

Employer can appeal to a large labor pool of disabled, those with young families, or the elderly.

Employer can tap into a larger labor pool that is further away from city centers and also often less expensive. ( Zip code Neutral! )
