Rockstar Social Networking Designer-Programmer Wanted!

We are in the process of starting a social networking site for nonprofits in rural Illinois...and are interested in finding an experienced, motivated designer-programmer in Drupal, Joomla or phpsymphony to bring it to reality.

Let me know if you have this expertise....or have advice on where to find a person like this...
