Making people and ideas findable

I laughed all day listening to people around me fretting about our state government potentially shutting down. I mean, if that would have happened, we as humans just wouldn't be able to control ourselves. Everyday living would cease to exist because the BMV and Hoosier Lottery wouldn't be able to operate. Government wouldn't be able to pull our little doll strings so we could function for the day. The most pathetic thing, that is what most people believe in day and day out. They have a strong belief that government regulates their lives and most decisions they make are not their own. Sad isn't it, the growing number of Hoosiers and Americans ever so attached to the tit that doesn't feed them.

Ones actions are essentially of a free person wanting to do what is best for themselves. Is that being selfish, yes. But it is a good selfishness that when combined together makes our society much better. When millions of Hoosiers each morning get up and go do their "thing", that is when society gets together and better. By letting a human being keep more liberty in making decisions what is best for them, amazing things happen.

The self annointed that saturate our society today within universities and special interest organizations with ".org" titles hate when people say that. They will always theorize that a small group can direct the masses to do what they want and they know best. Of course, once their theories become the usual government regulation, the rules do not apply to them. That is the battle you saw today with govenrment officials, the keeping of social programs/regulations that bear absolutely no preservation of liberty. Social programs/regulations that battled for funding today that do not promote individualism or creativity. The same old same old was created with more social economic slavery and distortion of true market activity.

Of course those who disagree usually are just meeting back up to pass another government regulation to fix the old government regulation.
