Hi Ann,

Is your office space still available for leasing? We are a young company (1 year in June) with just two people, looking for approx 300 total sq ft.

Please send the address, size of the office and lease terms.
Thanks

Hi Chad,

Yes, we still have a couple of offices available. Each office is about 130 sq ft (10 x 13). Monthly rent is $350/office. Includes access to conference room and kitchen. Internet access also included.

Would you like to stop by to view the space?

The rent is more expensive than other office we are consider, but I appreciate the quick response.

Chad - We are in brand new Class A office space. Our space is best suited for companies that have clients/guests that come to the office for meetings. Doesn't sound like our space makes sense for your business, but thanks for checking.

Just curious, can you and your team mate double up in the space office?

Hi Ann

We probably wouldn't be able to fit in the 10x13 space and therefore would need two offices. In comparison, we are looking offices similar in size that is around $500. Let me know if you are interested in negotiating price.
