Dear Indianapolis Citizen,


As Mayor, I take great pride in the opportunity to listen to you, the citizen, and learn more about what you need to make your neighborhood and this city more livable. That's why I invite you to take a moment to complete this survey by IUPUI to let us know how we can best serve you.


The purpose of the survey is to get citizens' input. All responses to the survey will remain anonymous and will be analyzed by professional researchers as we work to determine the most efficient ways to bring better services to those who call Indianapolis home.
