Michele,
I was just reading your posting and I would like to learn more about the position.
I started in the IT field as a break/fix tech. I moved up to Help Desk, then to Tier II Analyst, then to Project Analyst. I had, at that time, a Help Desk Certification but I am sure it has expired.
My last professional IT experience was about six years ago, however I am interested in talking with you about this position.

Thanks,
Greg Mayo
