I am considering launching a new service. What do you think about this?

Grab your girlfriends for a night in and invite your Nutrition Coach over to host the party! Healthy snacks and desserts are provided. You and your guests will take away new recipes and excellent tips to incorporate good nutrition into every day. By the end of the party you will find that nutrition can be fun and tasty!

Would you book a party? What would you expect from the Nutrition Coach hosting the party? How much would you pay? - remember the price can be split by all the guests and snacks are provided

We've been doing this for years and for free . Healthy Lifestyle Parties or Wellness Parties and , yes , the hosts and presenters are girls/ladies/women . They are fabulous , fun , informational/educational , and extremely beneficial to the attendees' health journeys . What do you think ? Bill Price .

I think that this is a great idea. One thing that you might think about is recipe makeovers for your hostess. Maybe, offer to take one of their favorite, not-so-healthy family favorites and show how it can be transformed into a delicious and healthier version. Maybe, have theme parties. Such as, healthy snacks, breakfasts, dinner, party foods, etc. I know that for me, I have heard the basics on eating healthier and have read books and magazines on it. But, so many of the recipes are similar in name only to family favorites and they just do not fly for all of my guys. For me, I would really like to see it be a more personalized application.

I really do think that you are on to a good idea. I hope that you can make it happen for you.

i think that recipe makeover idea is a great idea. you see these articles all the time on how to do it, but it never ends up close to being the same flavor as the original. teaching to to make it better for you while still tasting close to the same would be a benefit.

Kristen I think this sounds like a fabulous idea...although I am not sure how it would work. Would you do it as a "dinner" hosted by someone w/ you as the featured speaker/guest? Depending on how many guests would be invited I would imagine $10/$20 per person to keep the costs reasonable. I would love to speak with you more!!! 1. About my own nutrional "coaching" needs.... and 2. to invite you to check out my website...it might be of help to you to introduce your business to like minded women (and men) entrepreneurs!

Eating good food is not enough though. We can eat the best food on the Earth if our body are not capable of digesting it - we are not benefiting of the good food!

Those of us who need some help digesting carbs often a lacking of saliva, excessive saliva production is a sign of protein indigestion etc.
Its very important to know what your body limitations are and correct the digestion. By doing that your body will forgive you some other sins - like a scoop of ice-cream once in a while...
