Making people and ideas findable

Center of Wellness for Urban Women (CWUW) believes that social health and wellness activities are vital to total health for women and their families. Having positive relationships with family and friends helps in keeping your emotional and physical health in check.

Social health and wellness also incorporates leisure and fun activities that keep you balanced and rejuvenated.

CWUW Life Jam is just that!

Its not only fundraiser but a concert, an art show, and simply an opportunity for friends to come together to have a good time in a safe, healthy environment with health messages spread throughout!
