Anyone have a good contact for a reasonably-priced caterer that can provide "tapas" or finger-food type appetizers for group of 50-100?

Nathan,

Not knowing what pricing you're looking at but give Hoaglin Fine Catering a call. They do a great job and have a wide variety of options and also have a division called American Pie Catering that's for more casual affairs.

MBP Distinctive Catering has great food and is less pricy than some of the other caterers mentioned. http://www.mbpcatering.com/

Call Tami Wood at 821-8667. She's been doing the catering for our church gatherings. The food is always delicious, and I'm sure she's reasonably priced. She's done both big meals and appetizers for us. Just mention that I recommended her.

Nathan,

I would highly recommend MPB Catering. They do a fantastic job! Their food is the best around and their prices are very reasonable. They catered our open house a few months ago, and I can still taste the wonderful food! They truly care about every event they do, no matter the size. You can contact Cindy Carter or Mary Beth Poe, the owner. They will take great care of your event.

If you are willing to pay for overhead - most of the Caterers have that in common. If you are looking for someone that is priced more affordably try Robert E. Lee - He was with Thomas Caterers as Executive Chef for 14 years - now does private in home parties and events - phone 317-605-4311 references available upon request

Nate -

I trust Sweet & Savory as a referral every time. They will make me look like a superstar for recommending them. Chef Melissa uses only whole food ingredients - no processed food products allowed in her kitchen! No event too large and small gatherings are great as well. http://www.sweetsavorycatering.com/
