Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

The Great Indy Pet Expo is coming up quickly - November 14-15, 2009, at the Indiana State Fairgrounds Toyota Pavilion. Last year it pulled more than 5,000 attendees (at least 50% brought their pets with them - it was a blast!).

This year's Expo is going to be even bigger - it's moved into a larger building and major entertainment has been added including K9 Extreme Team, Miller's Petting Farm, Billy Rafferty (Oprah's Groomer), Mary Marshall (Pet Communicator), and numerous interactive contests and events.

The event has an extensive marketing campaign on radio, TV and in print. (I saw two TV commercials during Ellen today).

If you have a pet product or service, contact me to become an exhibitor or sponsor. The cost is $450 regular, $300 artist or $175 nonprofit. Booth size is 10x10.

1. Please use your real name (first and last) when you sign up, or we cannot open your account

2. Please do not use logos or commercial images for your profile photo

3. Events should be posted in the events calendar

5. Please keep all comments civil and polite. It's OK to feel strongly about a subject, and it's OK to be critical of ideas, but please refrain from personal attacks of any kind.

If you witness or experience any issues, please contact admin@smallerindiana.com and we will look into the matter.

6. Smaller Indiana is supported by its members, and by corporate sponsors. If you're interested in learning more about sponsorship, please call Pat Coyle at 317 332 7878.
