Looking for rental property

My daughter and her fiance are moving back from Florida in August and are looking for a rental until they purchase a house. They would want north/northwest indy, a fenced yard and pets allowed. If you know of anything, please let me know.

I can only speak for the Irvington area (5 miles east of downtown), but they have some properties like you mentioned.

Also have them call Nathan Pfahler, a fellow Smoosier, who works for Carpenter, or Niko Greene(?), who works for Century 21 and covers the north side.

Gina,
I would be more than happy to help your daugher and her finance find a rental property on the north/northwest side of Indy. Up until late last year, the rental market had a large supply of homes and prices were affordable. This is no longer true with the bottom falling out of the sub-prime market. Most of these homes owners who purchase homes with a sub-prime mortgage have lost their homes and are back renting thus signifcanlty reducing the supply.

As a realtor, I have access to all the rental properties available in the desired area. I would be more than happy to help them make the transistion.
