Hi there Jeremy! Do you know someone looking? We're growing like crazy and need someone who can really "think" and design.

Here's the Graphic Designer/Art Director Position. I can forward the Web one if you want it too.

Graphics Designer

Growing firm seeks to hire designers who are dreamers, translators and builders of successful marketing communications tools. Business is booming and we need help. You should probably have a minimum of 2 years experience in an agency environment and have an appreciation for all the craziness.

Our designers are creative people who dream not only in pretty pictures, but
creative people who dream intelligently. We believe that every piece designed must achieve its set objectives or it doesn’t succeed. And we expect our designers to understand that graphic design is only effective when it encourages physical participation as well as mental stimulation. We call it thoughtful design.

You need to be creative as well as smart, as our responsibility is to offer solutions which satisfy the needs of our clients and build their brands/companies. Our daily challenge is to interpret the needs of companies from the Fortune 500 to small, independent business owners and entrepreneurs. Each receive the same service and brain power. We work to match their with fresh design work that explores evolving new technologies while pushing our own demand to grow as design people.

We want designers with a strong understanding of basic design principles married
to a respect for the demands of human interface communication. We want designers who have and understated the ability to defend the integrity of smart design work coupled with a commitment to be consistently curious about emerging and evolving technologies.

We are conceptual thinkers, excellent executors, and savvy communicators. We are innovative, resourceful and entrepreneurs. We understand color and typography, strategy and the power of teamwork. We're resourceful. We are architects, listeners, and explorers - charged with the challenge of being creative in multiple mediums, which may change on a daily basis.

Primadonnas need not apply.

We believe as much education occurs beyond a resume as within, and we are a
community of individuals with different histories and talents. We believe the ability to manipulate technology can be taught, and that creativity cannot.

Hard work is something we do daily. You must know how to work hard and understand what hard work is. All of this can be achieved in a fun, rewarding and comfortable atmosphere that recognizes the individual. We prove it every day.

(A creative ability to manipulate Photoshop, Illustrator or Freehand, and InDesign is expected. Understanding of HTML and web is encouraged. Knowledge of other related multimedia software can't hurt.)

Kim,

You still looking for positions to fill? Any need for some off-site work? I'm just north of Ft. Wayne, so it's not like I'm in another country. Although some might argue that point.

Hi Kim

I just found your posting and wanted to know if you have already filled the graphic designer position? I have a friend that is looking for a new job and has a degree in graphic design. Please let me know if you are still searching for someone and I will have him post his resume to you.

Thanks,

Amanda Tong

Are you still looking for a web developer (or maybe a web designer by now)? If so, please send me the description.

Thanks, Dan O.
