Smaller Indiana

Making people and ideas findable

The Village Geek is looking for people with appropriate retail space that would like to make a few extra dollars and get additional traffic without spending any marketing dollars.

The goal is to establish drop off points for customers to bring in their computers for service. The computers will be picked up on a daily basis and may or may not need to be returned for pickup later. All of the necessary advertising will be run by The Village Geek, the drop off center will only need to document the customer's info, training for this task will be provided. The drop off center will be compensated for each system dropped off.

Our initial goal is to find locations in Fishers, Carmel, Westfield, Noblesville, and Anson/Stonegate.

If you have such a location and want to discuss ths opportunity please contact Steve Weigle via this website, email, or by calling 317-733-0213.

Try some of the local coffee shops. See if they would be willing to accept computers. Then, as your customers come in to drop off, they might be willing to buy some coffee at drop off AND pickup. Maybe even offer them a coffee coupon when they pick it up (tape it to the computer).

There's Noblesville Coffee and Tea Company, Mama Bears (Fishers), and a couple places in Carmel. Check out www.IndyIndieCoffee.com for indie coffee locations.

Steve,

I currently have an office condo in Fishers (104th and Allisonville Road) that I am trying to rent or sell. I'd be interested in hearing more about what you are looking for in Bricks & Mortar space.

I have a friend who has a new dry-cleaner in the Camby/Mooresville area that this would be perfect for. Is that too far out of your way?

Absolutely not. I'd love to talk to them!
