Help with setting up SI profile & membership

Hi all. Does anyone know who to contact for "help" questions with SI? I don't see a link or option on the home page. My brother has been trying to set up a page for a month. He has it all set and it says "pending approval" and confirmation email. He has yet to receive and has tried 3 times. Any suggestions as to who to contact would be appreciated!!

Hey Melissa,

"Pending Approval" leads me to believe that it may have been lost in the shuffle. Send your brother's email address in a private message to Pat Coyle--make sure it's the email address that you brother used to sign up with. I had an issue awhile back getting approval to join a group because I used a different email address.

If you have not "befriended" Pat, you can leave a comment on his profile, or you can send me a message with your brother's email and I will forward it to Pat.
